We can most highly recommend Jeremy Falk as a remarkably helpful engineer for our Mac computers. We have owned Macs for years and utilized other support services including other vendors and Mac Geniuses at the stores. Jeremy is the best we have found - there hasn't been a troubleshoot he can't figure out and he does so by explaining the problem and solution to us in simple, easy to understand terms. He also has helped enormously with our wireless network and printer management.
